Αγαπητοί συνάδελφοι,
H έλλειψη προσωπικού στην υπηρεσία Κλάδου Σύνταξης του ΤΑΠΙΛΤ (στα συγχωνευμένα ταμεία του ΙΚΑ) αποτελεί πλέον ένα τεράστιο πρόβλημα στην έκδοση των συνταξιοδοτικών αποφάσεων των συναδέλφων και τη δυνατότητα απαίτησής τους του εφάπαξ, αλλά και στην εν γένει εξυπηρέτηση των συνταξιούχων της ΙΟΝΙΚΗΣ, το οποίο χρήζει άμεσης αντιμετώπισης.
Αν και σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα λειτουργίας παρόμοιων υπηρεσιών, απαιτούνται τουλάχιστον 4 εργαζόμενοι για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της συνταξιοδοτικής υπηρεσίας, τα τελευταία χρόνια στελεχωνόταν από 3 υπαλλήλους, εκ των οποίων η μία συνάδελφος μετακινήθηκε πριν από δύο μήνες!
Η κατάσταση αυτή πλέον δεν μπορεί να συνεχιστεί! Παρατηρώντας αφενός το ικανοποιητικό επίπεδο στελέχωσης και λειτουργίας των αντίστοιχων ταμείων της Εθνικής και της Αγροτικής και αφετέρου γνωρίζοντας τον όγκο των συσσωρευμένων αιτήσεων συνταξιοδότησης που θα απαιτήσουν υπερβολικά μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα για την έκδοσή τους, δημιουργείται ένα μείζον θέμα που αναζητά άμεση λύση.
Ευτυχώς, μάλιστα, που η Ιονική Ενότητα συνειδητοποιώντας τα τεράστια προβλήματα που θα δημιουργούνταν από την υποστελέχωση της υπηρεσίας, κινητοποιήθηκε έγκαιρα και πέτυχε την έκδοση προσωρινής σύνταξης, γιατί διαφορετικά εκατοντάδες συνάδελφοί μας θα αντιμετώπιζαν πρόβλημα επιβίωσης!
Επειδή, όμως, η υπομονή έχει και τα όριά της, ο σύλλογός μας έχει ήδη προβεί στις πρώτες ενέργειες για την αντιμετώπιση του προβλήματος, που θα κλιμακωθούν σε περίπτωση που δεν υπάρξει ανταπόκριση.
Πρόσφατα ο συνάδελφος Σαράντος Φιλιππόπουλος επικοινώνησε με τη Διευθύντρια Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού κα Πηνελόπη Κονιδάρη, διαμαρτυρόμενος για το πρόβλημα που έχει δημιουργηθεί, τονίζοντας την υποχρέωση της τράπεζας να καλύψει άμεσα με το απαραίτητο προσωπικό την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της υπηρεσίας. Γι’ αυτόν το σκοπό η Ιονική Ενότητα και ο Σύλλογος Εργαζομένων απέστειλαν την παρακάτω επιστολή προς την αρμόδια διεύθυνση της τράπεζας, αιτούμενοι την επαρκή στελέχωση της υπηρεσίας.

Σε περίπτωση βέβαια που το αίτημά μας δε γίνει αποδεκτό και δε δοθεί άμεσα λύση, σας καλούμε σε ετoιμότητα, ώστε αν παραστεί ανάγκη να προβούμε σε πιο δυναμικές ενέργειες, που μπορεί να κορυφωθούν ακόμα και με την κατάληψη της αρμόδιας διεύθυνσης της τράπεζας προκειμένου να γίνουν οι αυτονόητες ενέργειες που θα καλύψουν την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της υπηρεσίας συνταξιοδότησης. Να είστε σε εγρήγορση και πολύ σύντομα θα σας ενημερώσουμε για τις εξελίξεις.

The NZ enviroment is the worlds best and most enviromentally friendly place to produce dairy products (grass fed and no need for heated barns – mean a smaller carbon foot print than anywhere else). Each litre of milk produced here is a global reduction in carbon emissions compared to production in other places. The application of a NIMBYist tax on local dairy production would be detrimental to the enviroment and the government should be congratulated.

It really depends on how large your baby is at birth and how much she grows between now and the end of the month. My son was 7 lbs. 6oz. at birth and wore newborn clothing for the first month of his life. At 4 months he’s wearing 6-9 month clothing….Congratulations on your baby!

Some of my best “ah ha!†moments have come when I’m doing something that does not require my brain’s full engagement. Maybe it’s my subconscious mulling my story’s problems over, or maybe it’s the gods of writing sending me a freebie.This is me, definitely. Regarding the whole NCAA Violations matter, I truly think that the NCAA needs to either be more efficient – and thereby more of a martinet – or become more realistic in their evaluations. While I have absolutely no use for the likes of “Cal-the-Lip”, this current Bledsoe thingy is a waste of time, money, and newspaper ink … The NCAA ought to simply follow the olde adage of “Follow the Money” !!! No $$$, no violation … By $$$ I mean the disbursement of anything by anyone (school, booster, or supplier) to anyone associated with the kid !!!Seems pretty simple and realistic to me !!!

I have to say that the (print) magazine which impresses me most these days is the UK pub Classic Bike — and I’m not saying that because I write for it. Also, the classic scene is far more of a community if only because getting a classic running and keeping it running is sort of a community effort.

Had to call Husband who was not happy to drive twenty five miles to deliver the extra car keys and was very vocal about the whole affair. And then, since he was there anyway, he decided to go to Wal-Mart and…yep, he got locked out of the car he was driving! And the extra keys were twenty five miles away back at home!
